Job Description: SAP BTP Integration Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BTP Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with business software and a proven history in designing and implementing integration solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems, enhancing business processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

●       Design and Implementation: Develop and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across various systems and applications.

●       Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

●       Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of web services and related technologies to provide technical guidance and support to the development team, including Groovy or JavaScript, XML, JSON, and XSD.

●       Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize integration processes to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.

●       Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

●       Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration solutions, including design specifications, configurations, and user guides.

●       Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members, fostering a thorough understanding of integration processes and best practices.

●       Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the SAP BTP Integration Suite and integration technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

●       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

●       Minimum of 5 years of experience working with integrations with a focus on web services.

●       Strong understanding of business software integration tools and methodologies, including the SAP BTP Integration Suite, S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, and related APIs.

●       Proficiency in programming scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy.

●       Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and other data interchange formats.

●       Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

●       Effective communication and people skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

●       Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

●       SAP certification in integration or SAP BTP Integration Suite is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

●       Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

●       Knowledge of other SAP modules and technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, SAP Fiori, and SAP ABAP.

●       Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

●       Understanding of security protocols and data protection measures in integration processes.
